LivingSpace Detroit could not have been a better contractor and partner on the addition of our Four Seasons Room. The appearance of the room is far superior to competitors, in my opinion. Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. In my opinion, they are a superior contractor, with a superior product.

Livingspace Detroit is exceptional in customer service, craftsmanship and attention to detail. The project was on time and on budget which is unheard of in the construction industry. The crew was professional, efficient and enjoyable to be around. They went out of their way to exceed our expectations and keep our day to day as normal as possible.

They were really friendly and professional. It took a little longer than expected, but that was because the city took time on the permit.

The installer that came to our house was a perfectionist. He said he would do it like it was his own house, and he did.
