"I have hired many subcontractors to work on my home over the last 20 years. This is one of the best companies I have worked with. Matt responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He arrived when he said he would, came up with a good solution to a tricky area and provided the written estimate in a timely fashion. He responded quickly to my many questions. Matt's price was not the lowest of the estimates I received but I think I got what I paid for. He told me it would be 4-6 weeks after he received the contract and deposit for the fence to be installed. It was 4 weeks! The installers were professional and cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. My backyard has a large slope and the ground is uneven. The installers did a nice job of leveling the fence and contouring it to the terrain. They installed 3 gates which look nice and function perfectly."

They replaced the valley by interlocking new shingles. They replaced the boot around the chimney and added new shingles around the chimney.They also replaced needed plywood that had rotted out from the water leak. I watched from time to time.  It was a lot of work to be done.  A lot harder than just laying down a new roof. Alot of companies just want to sell you a new roof and not be bothered with doing repairs.

There were three workers. It took two days.They worked in the rain part of one day.Any debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Mr. Collins came to the site several times to check on the work being done.

Initially,I left a voice mail message requesting an estimate.He called back in a couple of days.We set a time for the inspection and he was on time calling ahead to let me know that he was on his way.He inspected the roof and we came to a mutual decision on the work to be done. The price seemed fair and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a long list of questions to ask him. He took his time in answering the questions and explained things to me until I fully understood. I felt good about our meeting and did not feel it necessary to get another estimate.The result of all of this was NO Roof Leak
