The estimate I received was very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The guys who came to do the work (Tony and Jack) were both amazing.. very professional and courteous, they worked meticulously and did a thorough job, explaining what needed to be done and even offered advise on location of some of the new recess lights (which was extremely helpful). "Matt and his crew were very prompt and worked together well, i had them replace my older main panel and sub with a new larger one and relocate at the same time. on top of that i had them wire a backup generator outlet, new ac breaker box outside and a new outlet for my sump pump and a whole house surge protector. they were nice enough to also run some new wire for me in case i want to add a few more circuits. they were on time at 9am to start and put in the extra effort to get it all done in one day and were out the door shortly after 6pm. the price for all that work was a little less than i expected and glad we had the work done. great quality, clean install and would hire again!"

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."
