"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. You purchase it, and then may opt to make another appointment to install the part. If the task is too difficult, then you may opt to hire an appliance repair professional. It's up to you to decide. "I would like to thank JCJ for the excellent service you and your team provided. I typically do all my home/auto repairs myself but on the few occasions that I have hired "professionals" something has always gone wrong. Which generally leads to me having regrets about not doing the project myself. However in this case everything was perfect. Mike arrived and provided me an estimate promptly after my request. The work was scheduled and your team arrived exactly when I was told they would without delay. The team done such a great job in the demo that the work was actually performed requiring less rebuild than was anticipated originally. Which brought the project in at a lower cost than what was originally quoted. Then you immediately updated the invoice to reflect those changes in cost without hesitating. Also I would like to add that the communication process was excellent throughout the process, I knew what was going to be done and when it would be done and what it would cost to do each item on the quote. There were no surprises (except the reduced cost) and the workmanship was FANTASTIC. Like I said I typically I do my own repairs but after this job was complete and Mike came by to look at the project, I asked him to give me a quote on some more work I would like JCJ to perform for me. "We moved from Toledo, Ohio to Canton, Michigan so we stopped into Big Georges in Ann Arbor to look at new appliances. We met Dave Hamill. Very nice guy. Not pushy, but eager to help. We were also shopping other stores. I emailed Dave the brands and model numbers we wanted. He was the first to respond and prices were the best. We came in and ordered them. He even told us about a manufacturer rebate that the other stores didn't mention. What I liked...when I called or emailed he responded quickly. We are "very" pleased with Big Georges and Dave Hamill. Oh what about delivery, you might ask! Two guys, I believe they Sherman & Harrison. Exceptionally polite and thoughtful. They measured "before" attempting to bring the appliances in. They were "very" careful not to touch the door jams or to scrape the appliances. Quite friendly as well. They were very organized and had the utmost teamwork I've seen in a long time. They didn't act like they were trying to rush out. When they moved our old washer & dryer from the basement I was concerned that they wouldn't fit. These guys are Pros. What a wonderful experience. "Our furnace went out sometime during the night of January 11, 2019. I called LOPH&C at 7:30 am the 12Th. My call was taken and the rep explained my options and scheduled a service technician for later in the day Saterday so we wouldn’t have to pay extra for emergency service. The repair technician arrived around noon and was able to repair our furnace, installing a new igniter and blowing out a a drain line. "It went awesome. Probably the best customer service ever. Met me after hours on a Saturday at the Outlet to sell me a capacitor for my furnace blower. Unbelievable! Fantastic! Just send me a picture and if I have one I'll meet you there in 20 minutes, he said. He just did it no questions asked. My significant has MS and our daughter us going through Chemotherapy for Hodgkins Lymphoma. He did not know this. He just helped out a fellow American without batting an eye. His name was Keith.
