Called Bob told him my problem, sent somebody out right to the house. Guys were great, very professional, friendly, and knowledgable.  Had water backing up in my sewer line, they came in and fixed the issue right away and cleaned up.  
Would highly recommend them.

I contaced this company and explained the problem in my Bathroom, The water in the Bathtub was draining very slowly and one of the sinks on the counter was also clogged. Joe called and set up an appointment to take a look. He called before he was to arrive. He was very polite and fixed the problem right away in both the bathtub and the sink. About a year ago I had the same problem. I called another Company that I had dealt with before. When they came out they informed me that in order to fix the problem with the sink they would have to tear out the wall in my Bathroom to get to the pipes to solve the problem. I thought this was a bit extreme. They did unclog the drain in the Bathtub, however, the problem came back. I called Royal Oak Plumbing because they had Great Reviews on Angies List.I could not agree with them more. Joe came out and and explained how he was able to unclog the sink, and it did not include tearing down the wall. Instead of paying $647.00 I paid $75.00.

I have never had an issue with Royal Oak. They are very competitive and have fair and reasonable prices. They provide competent plumbing at reasonable prices.

After being informed by the company hired by the seller that they could not install our new dishwasher due to the location in our kitchen, we checked Angie's List and contacted Royal Oak Plumbing. They were courteous and friendly over the phone and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They sent two plumbers, one of whom was the owner himself! They were a joy to work with and they performed the task promptly and efficiently. When they encountered unexpected problems they were creative in finding solutions. Even though the job was a little more complicated than expected, they stuck to their estimated cost. We would definitely use them for any plumbing problem in the future.

I was doing laundry on Thanksgiving to find my laundry room flooded. i wasn't sure why, all the hoses were hooked up and never had the problem before. I was able to see that water was spouting from the main drain. Called RO Plumbing who was closed for the holiday but i left a message since not totally urgent and they promptly called the day after and scheduled me for their first appointment. It was great, they were in and out within 45 minutes. the plumber and apprentice were quick, efficient and explained the problem and that the unusual summer weather probably contributed to the out of control tree roots. i hadn't had any drains snaked in 10 years so they said i was doing pretty good and advised to call maybe in a couple years or as needed if problems occur again. i appreciated their response time and the professionalism and also their clean up effort. they made quite a mess snaking the drain but cleaned it all up and disposed of all the debris. Will use again.

He came out and took care of the problem. I had another plumber come out last year for the same problem and didn't fix. it. He was available, came out promptly, took care of the problem and charged me a reasonable amount. It wasn't a big project, but I would call him again. He took care of the problem that no one else had done. I told him about my toilet having problems and he looked at it and said to go get a flapper and put it on. He didn't try to fix it and charge me for it, just told me what the issue was. I thought that was good since its a simple fix.

Extremely unhappy. I have NEVER had to have a company come out three times in 2 months!!

They were great, very professional take care of problem quickly and it's fixed.

What impressed me with Royal Oak Plumbing was that we wanted him to come out and do some labor but he told us that he wouldn't be able to efficiently work until we had a couple of other problems work. He was very honest. I give him all top marks for customer service and professionalism.

They clean it out, but it grows back in about six months or so. But, these people are very nice. They are honest and they did a big job for me about 10 years ago that included jack hammering my basement floor, which saved me a bunch of money over what other companies said needed to be done. They are just as good as any routine sewer cleaning people.

I needed to pull my dishwasher out from under the countertop. In doing so I did not realize the copper line wasn't long enough and I ended up bending the line and causing it to leak. I called Royal Oak Plumbing at 7pm and was told that someone could be at my house at 8:30 the next morning. Joe showed up at 8:30 that morning. He not only replaced the copper line with new poly line but he helped me pull out the dishwasher so I could get to the countertop screws. He also put enough line in so that I could pull the dishwasher out again if needed. Joe was incredibly nice, great to work with and very helpful. I will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs I have.

Royal Oak Plumbing arrived quickly. Finding the problem was difficult, because water was dripping out of the ceiling in the basement, and was not under a sink or tub. They worked quickly and discovered that the leak was coming from a damaged valve in the refrigerator. The problem needs an appliance repair, so they couldn't fix it, but they found the problem, turned off the supply and recommended an appliance repair company. Their charge was completely reasonable.

Royal Oak Plumbing always responds in record time, offers best price around, is prompt and neat, and does a superb job. Would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs.

I DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR MY PLUMBING NEEDS BESIDES THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AFTER I CALLED THEM. THEIR STAFF IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND I TRUST THEM.

I HAVE HAD A LONG STANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME. THEY ALWAYS COME QUICKLY AND GET THINGS DONE PRETTY FAST. I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM FOR MY PLUMBING.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE REASONABLE, PROMPT AND HONEST. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, BUT THEY GOT THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID FOR ME.
