Have used this company before and have always been very satisfied with the repairs and the service technicians . Would recommend them to anyone .

they called me ahead of time and told me my technicians name was Dave. Dave called 15 min prior to arriving at the house. He was polite, helpful, quick and efficient. He diagnosed quickly and let me know the price before starting the repair. This was helpful, since my dryer is 17+ yrs old. He had parts on hand to replace. He showed me faulty part at the end of service. He also gave me tips when purchasing a new washer/dryer in the future. Would highly recommend!!! Had a fantastic experience!

I would absolutely recommend this company for appliance repair. My Home Warranty Plan contracted them to repair my fridge that was leaking at the time. They were very knowledgeable about the product. Placed an order for the required parts and returned in a timely manner to complete the repair. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Will be using them again with or without my Home warranty plan.

I went with Americare because, at the time of this review, they have nothing but 5 star reviews basically everywhere. I can see why. First, they're very reasonably priced. $60 for the service call, which is applied to any work that needs doing. If there's work to do, labor starts at $109, parts depend on what needs replaced. If the repair ends up being so much you decide to replace the appliance you're out no more than $60. All of this is extremely reasonable in this industry. Rich's communication in scheduling was terrific and timely. He arrived one time and was very courteous and professional. He sorted out our washer's issues quickly. No parts required and the fixes were relatively simple. There was no attempt to stick us with any additional fixes, charges, anything. $109, a few simple explanations, a demonstration that all was working as expected, and he was done. The fix was warrantied for 6 months (if I remember correctly), so if it turns out anything he diagnosed was wrong and needs additional work, the paid fee goes toward that as well. I also asked him about a no-longer-made appliance (a personal valet) which he'd never seen (no one has, it's a legacy of the housing boom), and with which I'd had some problems. In about 2 minutes of looking at it he gave me a pretty good idea of what might be wrong with that as well. Smart kid, very nice, very professional, will be the first person I call anytime I need appliance work period.

Rich was very professional and arrived in the timeframe that Steve had suggested. He was very informative as to what needed to be done and made the repairs promptly. I would recommend Americare Appliance and I will be using them in the future.

Rich was prompt, knowledgeable, and informative. He helped us with our decision to either repair the old appliance or to buy a new appliance. I definitely recommend him for your appliance repair needs.

I received a call instantly and Rich was out within 24 hours to check a possible water leak from my refrigerator or dishwasher as both are side-by-side. Rich checked out everything for both appliances, as well as any possible leak under the kitchen sink and down to the basement, he was so thorough and better yet he explained everything so I could understand. There has been no sign of water since he was out 2 months ago, and I think perhaps it was ice cube(s) from the ice maker that landed on the floor.
