"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

"The sales representative we worked with, Brian E., was a pleasure to work with and, without hesitation, we want to work with Brian E. again when we need new carpet for a different space. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision during our appointment. We had actually planned NOT to purchase carpet during our initial appointment with Brian E. and had planned to look at our options, think about it for a few days, and then make a decision and call back to purchase carpet. However, Brian E. answered our many, many questions, we found the perfect carpet for our space, Brian E. was able to arrange delivery within the time frame that we needed, and we changed our plan on the spot and purchased carpet by the end of our meeting. Sergio and his team installed our new carpet. They were fast, polite, professional, and fun. (We didn't know how they would get the carpet down our stairs that make a 90-degree turn but they made it happen without scuffing the walls!)
