Amistee Air Duct Cleaning and Insulation

It was a great experience from scheduling my service needed, to the technicians doing the actual job. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The cleaning was completed in time frame and the price was what I was quoted over the phone. They did a very good job and left my house the way they found it which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again!

Two men came with a truck, cleaned all the ducts, and cleaned up after themselves. They were thorough and professional.

It went great and the office staff was very nice on the phone explaining how they would do it. I would definitely recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with the service and the results.  The gentlemen were right on time and finished right around the two hour mark that I was estimated when I set the appointment.  The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone.  I will gladly hire them again in the future.

Two men came and blew the dust out of the duct work into their vacuum machine. The man in charge was very proficient. The dust particles are greatly reduced and my allergies are much better. I would not hesitate to use this company again if needed.

I highly recommend this company. They did a wonderful and thorough job. Denise (who set up the appointment) was such a cordial considerate person who explained exactly what the workers were going to do after they arrived. She let me know about the special they were running and also gave me a senior's discount.

Matt and Brian had everything down to a science and were excellent at their profession. They also took time to answer questions and explain procedures as they were working. After the work was finished they also provided me with a camera view of the inside of the now spotless ...clean as a whistle...ducts....

I am so very happy that I joined Angie's list as otherwise I do not believe I would have known about Dust Busters in Burton as I live in Saginaw.

They were fantastic!! Very professional, the price was good. Showed up on time, very prompt. Very courteous and friendly. What I loved though was the thoroughness of the cleaning. They take their time, make sure you're pleased, and guarantee their work.

They arrived on time did a complete furnace and duct cleaning and a thorough clean up afterward. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

First, it's hard to tell the quality of the job because the techs did not perform a before and after camera inspection as promised on their website and verbally over the phone. Read the following copied directly from their website:

"Camera inspection is included as part of this service so home and business owners can see for themselves the results of this professional service."
Second, the Vacuum was not strong enough to pull all the dust kicked up by the cleaning method. I could actually see the dust scatter all over the basement during the cleaning process. When they first started the hose was kinked cutting down on the system vacuum.
Third, in the process of preparing the duct work for cleaning they drilled holes for access spreading metal shaving on our clean laundry. And, left wood chips and other debris all over the basement for my wife to clean up. I will never hear the end of this mess from my wife.
Paying attention to detail is professionalism, which this company lacks. One can brag about how powerful their equipment is, but if its not used properly--no kinking, using clean Vacuum filters--the results will suffer.

I couldn't ask for better service from any provider.  Dust Busters was always prompt for their appointments, and they called a day or two in advance if they needed to reschedule (this only happened once).  Very professional.  They were very careful in their work and cleaned up completely when they were done.  They also went above and beyond what they were contracted for.  i have a very bad back, and I had a piano, a rocker/recliner, and a large hand-made disassembled bookcase and storage cabinet which were all broken.  They happily moved all these to the end of the driveway for me so that the city could pick them up as trash.  They also moved all the furniture so that they could clean the carpet underneath,then replaced it all.  Needless to say, I tipped these guys fairly well!

They arrived right on time. I wasn't home at the time but my son was and he said they were very polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and showed him before and after videos- he was very impressed in the difference. I have noticed a dramatic difference in the amount of dust in our house. Wish I had done this years ago!

The guys were right on time - very professional and very friendly.  I was told it would take around 2 hours to finish and it took just about 2 1/4 hours.  The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone.  I was very. very happy with the services of Dust Busters and will absolutely recommend them to friends, family and we will be using them again!!

Called upon Dust Busters to clean the air ducts in my house prior to the installation of a new HVAC system.  Also asked that they clean my dryer vent which, unfortunately they couldn't clean due to an issue with the vent.  Because of this they removed that charge from my invoice.  Their employees were extremely professional and courteous and did a great job.
