Customer service is great - we had a strand of LED lights act up right after installation and they were right out to replace the strand. "Mr. LaPlace returned my call fairly promptly. We set a at time when he would come to evaluate the problem. He arrived a little early. Mr. LaPlace determined that the newest light was all right. He replaced a part on one of the others and that is now operating as it should. We were not certain about the third. We determined that we would not mess with it now and see how it works for a few weeks. I will have him back to replace that light in the spring when it is warmer and safer to climb the ladder."
