"Alberto and his team did a great job. They were friendly and completed the job in 2 days. He responded to my inquiry very quickly and after the estimate was exepted, they started within 2 weeks. "I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. "Mr. LaPlace returned my call fairly promptly. We set a at time when he would come to evaluate the problem. He arrived a little early. Mr. LaPlace determined that the newest light was all right. He replaced a part on one of the others and that is now operating as it should. We were not certain about the third. We determined that we would not mess with it now and see how it works for a few weeks. I will have him back to replace that light in the spring when it is warmer and safer to climb the ladder."
