This is the second time I have had Hi-Tech do work for me. Similar to the first time, their work was outstanding. Noah (Hi-Tech's Electrician) was courteous and did outstanding work. Prior to leaving, Noah made sure we were satisfied with the work he completed. He also cleaned-up any wiring or electrical parts. Would I hire them again......MOST DEFINITELY!

Fabulous company! I started with a whole farm upgrade to 400Amp service, and continued right down to fixing light fixtures and replacing electric wall heaters. They are great to work with, and they do great work.

After the recent ice storm my electric service was ripped completely away from my house and consumers required it to be reconnected before they would provide electric power back to my home. Hi-Tech was able to send out a service guy within the hour after I called them and informed them of my issue. When the service guy arrived he jumped right on the issue and reconnected the house side of the electric service wiring back on my house. Great response time and service!!!

Our home kept surging after a storm this past August. On a Saturday they came out and spent many hours trying to figure out the problem. When the tech was unable to diagnose the problem he called AEP and spoke with them. They came out and it was AEPâ  s problem on an outside line. Although the tech was unable to fix the problem he knew the next steps to get the job done.

We had Hi-Tech upgrade our panel and redo wiring in our upstairs and add outlets and whatnot. Joey and Will did a great job. They stayed focused on the task at hand and were professional. I should also state that the work was done last year. We finally somewhat completed our upstairs and was able to test the work that was done and everything is working great. There were a few bumps along the way but Hi-Tech smoothed those out which is why Iâ m giving 5 stars.

What I value most when hiring any professional contractor, is not only the quality of their work, but their ability to problem solve!!! Inevitably, issues come up...And I have absolute confidence in "my" electrician Jordan's ability to identify the problem and propose a solution that is both technically correct, and suits our specific needs (i.e. aesthetics, ease-of-access, durability, etc.) Add to all of this, Jordan's GREAT personality, and you have a winner! Hi-Tech should do all they can to hold on to this guy!
