"2 years ago, I had both the furnace and A.C. unit replaced. I went through Costco to purchase the set and Crome was the company that performed the installation. At the time, I was going through a major house renovation and the workers from Crome worked well with the renovation crew to minimize chaos. Through wall removal, wiring modifications and other anomalies, the crew with Crome got the job done well. I later had the furnace cleaned and the worker showed up on time and got the job done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The first time i used them, two people came and i was pleased with their work. This time one person came and he talked a lot. He came to service the AC but he over charged us. I checked the fee for one pound on the internet but he charged us for 3 pounds and yet he did one pound. I will not use them again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
