Very quick and responsive. Came out the same day. We weren't sure if it was electrical or if our well pump was bad. He came with his well truck just in case so we didn't have to wait. He explained the problem and traced it back to electrical we just had installed, so really helped us. Was so kind and nice. I would hire Downing Well Drilling in a second again and will be telling anyone I know who needs service about them! Thank you!

They are very fast and drill an excellent well. Hooking up the pump should be done more carefully for future maintenance. Things like wrapping the pipe with rubber electrical tape should be avoided . Also a stainless steal safety line should be installed Incase the pipeline beaks or the pump comes loose so it can still be removed easily. I will have to fix these things myself . Also there should be adjustments in the final bill when time is saved on the labor.

They call me and came over with in just about 4 hours time. I had to have a new pump. He was done replacing it in around 2 hours.The total cost was cheaper than his competitors lowest prices.
