I very much appreciated the time spent BEFORE coming to our house, BEFORE billing us to insure that he knew our oven, knew that we had the correct part, and knew that we wouldn’t be wasting each other’s time. He made it to our home the DAY after we called. He stayed after the part was installed not only to insure that our oven worked, but to make sure it reached the temperature it was set to, as well as turning off and back on once it reached this temperature and then dropped below. He also did us a small favor of attaching our circuit board panel, above and beyond the call of duty. He was very professional AND very polite. We have nothing but good things to say!
