"Eric & Riley were our service guys, and they did everything right!… These guys laid down tarps on the flooring throughout the house in order to get to the fireplace. They installed a BEAUTIFUL gas log fireplace for us. Looks very real and we are so very happy with it. Even after it was done they rechecked to make certain everything was safe and no gas was leaking out. They also went over all of the amazing features and safety features it has on it too. I’m feeling much safer after hearing all about it.— While here we had them service our basement gas fireplace. Eric noticed some issues that weren’t up to snuff, he took pictures to document everything and went over it with us. He redid the venting and also repainted the interior black, he noticed some rusting starting to happen. So happy and GRATEFUL for these two men and the jobs they did for us yesterday. We will surely be using them from now on.— Happy holidays to you guys! Big Thank you!!!"

"He turned off gas supply to unit and wrote it up for me"

"I've been searching around to get a direct vent gas insert installed and I am so glad that I chose to go with RPF Construction. My experience was very positive. Robert helped me decide which gas insert was best for my specific needs and situation. The communication was among the best as Robert kept me updated all the way up to the completion of the project. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new fireplace and it is keeping me warm throughout the winter. I highly recommend RPF Construction!"

"We've been having trouble with our fireplace all last season, so I had Hearth Guardian come out to take a look. They cleaned the whole unit and area, and the darn thing worked like a charm. My advice: get your fireplace cleaned professionally regularly. We had such good service that we are planning to have them back to install a blower into our fireplace."

"I received notification via phone that the technician was 20 minutes away and another call upon arrival. He assessed the issue and explained the findings. He adjusted 4 valves within minutes, waited, then retested. I was very satisfying with the repairs and the fee."

"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't."

"Service was excellent. Technician was knowledgeable and educated me on fire safety and how to properly use my chimney."

"The team did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning our chimney. They explained the entire process and were able to do repairs the same day . Highly recommend them !"
