"Overall the installation process was good. One major error the technician did. After installation he ignited the gas without filling water in the tank. We heard some cracking noise and he rushed to shut down the gas. Hard to see what damage happened inside. I assume the glass liner inside the tank probably cracked and it would impact the product life beyond warranty. I expected the technician to tell me the mistake and ensure me there is no problem due to the error but he did not. Other item was they damaged dry wall while moving the old heater outside from basement. I am not worried about the drywall fixing but worried about the possible internal liner cracking."

I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. Two men came out to give estimate, will do the job for the same price, plus they added some needed things. Hired them. Both men were VERY nice (talked to them during installation of gas logs), took pictures of what they did on the roof, and explained everything. I would hire them in a minute!"
