"First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. Hopefully,if we run into this next year, we will call for help earlier."

My husband went with this company only because they were $100 cheaper than the previous pest control that we had the year prior and a year and a half prior to that. That company sprayed and the ants were gone in a week both times and their work was guaranteed. No contract needed to eradicate the problem. No way was I Going to pay for a contract when the job should have been done the first time. Other company is coming out and at least I know the ants will be gone! You get what you pay for and with Downriver Pest Control, you get to keep your ants unless you lock under contract, no thanks. Moving on to a company that doesn’t make you pay for a contract to guarantee that what they come out to do actually got done, Lesson learned!"
