We have used Rose Pest Control for years for preventative services. They are very professional, thorough and have great customer service. Highly recommend.

We've used Rose services for five years, originally for a rodent infestation. We have not had any problems since they were removed. We continually use their services throughout the year to maintain a pest free home. The staff both in the office and those arriving to our home are always professional and courteous.

Called for ants to date haven’t seen any after treatment

Mosquito service was disappointing. I contracted for June, July and August. June service was NOT applied until mid month. i requested a 1/2 month refund and was denied. When I paid for a month I expected a FULL MONTH COVERAGE.

Very Honest company. Worker could not find animal tracks in attic. So, he did not charge for the consultation. Instead he told me to clean away trees where animals could climb on the roof and make noise as if in the attic. I cleared away branches and I have not had an issue since. I would have them come back for another issue in an instant

Performed service quickly. I called them a few weeks later as I was still seeing high number spider webs. they scheduled it quickly and resprayed.

Rose Pest Solutions was the ONLY company to correctly identify the wood roach that I found inside my home. Fortunately, an entomologist from Michigan State University confirmed that the Rose representative was correct. Several companies identified it as a German roach, but it very clearly didn't not have the identifying markings of the German variety. Other companies wanted to come out and spray without properly identifying the insect. I didn't need to spray anything, since it is an outdoor variety. Rose was honest and helpful. I will use them if I ever need to in the future.

Carpenter ants are attracted to wooded areas, who knew? The things you learn when Jordan Johnsonbaugh of Rose Pest Control makes a service call. The entire Rose experience was top notch from my initial call to the results. No ants seen since Jordan left - knock on wood (pun intended).

They stood behind their work. When I ran into issues a few months later, they sent a technician who addressed my concerns (at no additional cost since it was under their guaranteed timeframe). The technician was very thorough and did a great job of addressing my concerns and making recommendations.

We are serviced several times per year to keep pests at bay and service is always great. We pay one price per year for the services we need and find it affordable and well worth it.

It was a holiday weekend & the earliest they said they would check it out was Tuesday. Never bothered to call back.

Trap was set with some fruit inside. First day, one piece of fruit was taken - think that was a chipmunk. The second day a raccoon was caught - didn't have any more issues around the yard after that.

They sent a technician within a few days. He verified to infestation (from nearby woods) and sprayed the area, plus all around the house. Problem solved, no recurrence.
