Jake repaired one of the entry points and asked us to ensure that the animals were removed from the attic before finishing the second hole. We paid in full at the first visit...our mistake. We hired an exterminator to remove the squirrels and called Jake several times to have him return to finish the work. Jake did not return our calls for nearly a month. I then called to let him know I would have no recourse but to file a legal claim. Jake finally returned my call and promised to come out and finish the work. Jake missed the follow up appointment and a second attempt at a follow up. Again, Jake stopped returning our calls. Meanwhile, the squirrels returned. Again, we called in the exterminator to trap the squirrels. We really need to patch up the second hole; however, Jake has taken our money and run. We'll be finding another guy and we'll be seeing Jake in small claims court.
