REGAL PEST CONTROL

I have had these guys out to my house three times over the last two years and they are fantastic. Last year i had carpenter ants inside my house and they quickly took care of the issue. Then when i mentioned that i was going to pull off the wood sheathing on the house to repair the damage they volunteered to come back to respray that area to double confirm that the issue was resolved. This year i had carpenter bees in my deck (lucky me) they came right out and in one visit eliminated the problem. They use safe chemicals and are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!!!!

They were great. Very efficient and thorough. They set the traps and checked them daily, then blocked the entrances. Problem solved!

We have not seen a single one of these pests inside or making themselves at home on the exterior of our house since the treatments. The personnel are smart, courteous, and very professional. They know their business and don't try to sell you a yearly contract like all the other chains I talked to tried to do.

They were great. Prompt, on time, came back several visits at the same flat rate.

Over the past few weeks I've noticed a lot of moths flying around my home (killing approx. 5-8 every night). More specifically, looking them up online, I thought they were Indian Meal Moths. I called Regal just because they are the local exterminator. I explained what was gong on. Over the phone the person I spoke to was VERY open with his information and willing to help. I was told over the phone how I could remedy the problem without having an exterminator come out. I opted to have someone come to the home anyway.
Once out, the exterminator, who I believe knew everything about Indian Meal Moths, explained to me, in great detail, about them. I have to say I learned a lot. Together we searched my home, from top to bottom looking for and quot;the sourceand quot;. Probably a good hour or so worth of searching. He looked in cereal boxes, rice boxes, dryer sheets, corners of cabinets; I mean we scoured everything. In the end we found nothing!
After the searching, he gave me more advice on what I could do next. I was told for $150.00 he could spray and lay down some traps, come out again later and give a 60 days guarantee (I think it was 60). This is the first time an exterminator didn't try to sell me some and quot;packageand quot;.
Did he correct my problem? No. However, I was extremely happy with the service! I haven't decided to lay down pesticide yet so I cannot review how the actual extermination is/would be...
So I got a house inspection and a crash lesson in Indian Meal Moths all for zero dollars. I would definitely use and recommend Regal again!

I wanted someone that uses a minimum amount of chemicals because there are children and a puppy around. He was to do treatment in the house as well as around the house. He was very nice and very pleasant to work with.

From the first inspection to the final treatment (3) Regal was very professional and responsive. Compared to other quotes we got from much larger Companies Regal was more cost affective and no high pressure to use there service. There service for our issue took 3 treatments over 6 weeks and totaly eliminated the ant problem. We would use Regal again if any pest problems develop in the future.
