Terry explained who treatment works and that it would be best to get on a quarterly contract to keep other colonies from moving in. There is alot of old oak trees in my neighborhood. With the quarterly treatments I have found that it also has cut down on the number of spiders inside my home as well."

"Brian came out on a Friday and set a couple trap in the crawlspace, then checked around the house for openings and found a couple which he repaired. He got a small racoon that night and had to wait til Monday to reset the traps. This time he got a big racoon. If they are healthy he takes them to a release area. He came back on Tues. to set the trap again and on Wed. checked and did not have anymore racoons. If I hear anything he will come back with traps at no cost to me unless we catch something. Brian is the nicest guy ever. Very clean and efficient. This company is very humane and caring."

Shoreline has been in business for approximately 25 years. We have some of the most experienced pest & wildlife management people in all of West Michigan, some with over 30 years of experience. We are the only locally owned service in West Michigan with a degreed Entomologist on staff. We do not subcontract our services except for occassional K-9 detection services. Shoreline is primarily an employee-owned company so your Service Technician will likely be one of the owners. This has a direct impact on decision-making on the job site versus the customer hearing things like, "I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to do that. You'll have to call the office" or "That's what I was told to charge you." We provide service in both the residential and commercial market from the largest pharmaceutical plants to the smallest of summer cottages.

Whether you, your dog, or your cat has been sprayed, Poison Control recommends using a solution of 1 quart of 3% (household strength) hydrogen peroxide, ¼ cup of baking soda, and 1 teaspoonful of liquid dish detergent mixed together and immediately applied to the sprayed fur or skin to get rid of skunk smell. After leaving it on for five minutes, rinse with water. If your eyes get sprayed, rinse for at least 15 minutes with room-temperature water.
