They were fine but I just felt that the cost was not warranted for what they did. In other words, they did what they had to do but I couldn't justify the cost so I'm just doing it myself. I had them for a year, we had a contract, that was the only thing that I didn't like, you have to sign up for the 12 months and stuff like that. We had a mouse problem and we live out in the country, we just didn't want it to accumulate and I ended up buying my own traps and guess who caught the mouse? It wasn't Orkin. I went to Lowe's and I bought the home preventive thing, I went around the house and I sprayed and I caught my own mouse. It cost me $700 to learn that. I signed a contract for a year so I was obligated to do that so I let them do it but after that what they actually ended up doing was stuff like that. The service representatives were great but again I couldn't justify that with our mouse. One representative I dealt with was very cordial and he was prompt, he was normally on time. Their service in net capacity was great but again I just could not justify the service, what they actually did for the dollar amounts that they were charging. My overall experience with them was average based on the fact that I've never utilized any service like that in the past so there's no benchmark that I could base it on. I understand other services out there might be great but Orkin is well advertised, it's national. They did certain things okay, they kind of informed me on different things to watch out for so some of the cost there was more educational so I'll pay for my education. They seem very well informed. I think I'll do a little bit more research before I just obligatorily just hire them.

My experience with them was excellent being a new client of their company. Although the price is a bit expensive. But overall, they have exceeded my expectations. Their work was great. They offered to come back after three days after the first pest control treatment. I have not seen any spiders since they last checked my house. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a good job, we have no more cock roaches, so we're pleased.

They are reliable. If I had problems, they are happy to come out even if it is not their schedule to come. Overall, their service is excellent.

They spray for ants and piders or whatever else we see around. They spray inside and outside.

We had flies and we called Orkin right away and they fixed our issue. They came in about 3 different cycles to get this fixed for us and they really came through. The gentleman that came out was really nice and told me what was going on, and they really work with you.

I tried them before and I like them. They send the same person everytime. They are polite, neat, and do a good job.

They were good. I have some kind of wood that attracts wasps. The wasps come out every year and Orkin comes out every year.

They treated our house for bugs and pests both interior and exterior, mainly for roaches.  We didn't have any downside in our dealings with them.  The technician always knew what he was doing and was very respectful.  They get a good grade from me. We will continue to use them in the future if needed. 

They had a turnover on their staff. I have had them for 4 or 5 years and the original people were very reliable and I got to know them by name and they got to know my house. They were reliable and I liked how they did things. Them they changed over to someone else and they needed to readjust schedules. They insisted on scheduling a time that was more convenient for them and they were not as reliable, I did not feel like the job was getting done so I cut it off. Their price was too high.

They were great! They have taken care of the problem!

They came out and were very thorough. The chemicals were safe for pets and children. They completely eliminated our ant problem. They come every other month and I have not had a single live bug since then. The man who came really knows his stuff; he followed the ants and eradicated them. We also have aluminum fencing around our yard and bees were nesting underneath. They watched very carefully to see where they were coming from. They spent a lot of time getting rid of the bees completely. Our pool experience is much better now. They really listen to you and stay at it until the problem is dealt with.

I have no problems with them, they are very professional and punctual.

We can call them anytime for them to spray and they are so convenient. If we aren't home they will still come spray outside. The staff is extremely professional.

They were great.  They were very good.  They were very professional.  They took care of the problems.  I wish their price was a little cheaper but it is fair.  Their annual charge for four visits for a year is going to be about $500.  Each visit is like a $125.  They were great with their responsiveness; they were out here the next day.  They were right on time.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.  We signed up for regular service with Orkin to get rid of ants around our home and had them for 1 year; however, at the end of the time, the problem was actually worse than when we started.  Someone from the company would show up every month or so and spend 15 minutes tops treating the outside of the home.  He was inattentive and once answered our complaints of persistent ant problems in the master bath with, "Oh yeah, I know exactly where they're coming from.  I couldn't treat it last time because I couldn't reach..."  They also stood me up for an appointment--after I took off the morning from work to wait for them.  All in all, it was a huge waste of time and money.

Very thorough and professional. Really tries to be punctual. Very pleasant personnel.

We have had a good experience with them. They take care of it all. They are punctual and they come when they say they are going to come. The guy who comes here is very professional. They do a good job, although they charge a little more than some of the other places. We get the job done seven months in a year.

They found them and where they were coming form. They went around the house and sprayed the pesticide with a warranty. We were told by another company that we had no termites by another company.

I have tried many traditional and natural pest control companies and none were as effective and safe as Orkin Inc. They gave me a great education about the behavior of the ants I had, told me just what to expect and what I could do to minimize them getting in the house. The ants were gone next day, pets and family safe from toxins too. Great customer service as well.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. THERE WASN'T A ROACH IN SIGHT AFTER THEY SPRAYED. THEIR PRODUCTS REALLY WORK. I WAS AMAZED. THEY ARE PROBABLY THE BEST EXTERMINATING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED.
