"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

Customers say: Quality work

"We actually had an appliance service contract through our local energy company for our refrigerator, and their (unable to be contacted) subcontractor totally failed. We THEN canceled our service contract and found ADVANCED APPLIANCE & REFRIGERATION though HomeAdvisor. We called AA&R late in the afternoon, who immediately answered the phone, and even though they had to order the part for our older (no longer made) refrigerator, they got the part and from first phone call to install, had the refrigerator fixed in less than 36 hours....for an excellent price!! We can't thank AA&R and HomeAdvisor enough!!!!"

"Jent installed a generator and upgraded my fusebox. Tim and his crew showed up on time and completed everything promised. Price was competitive. What I liked was Jents response from the first call to the installtion was done quickly. Tim was very patient explaining everything to me about my generator. You can run a small or basic standard-size refrigerator on a 15-amp circuit. But you should plug a modern, standard-size refrigerator into a 20-amp dedicated circuit. The refrigerator needs to be on a dedicated circuit, meaning it is the only appliance and outlet on that circuit breaker. This method prevents tripping the breaker and reduces the chance of an electrical fire

While some doorbells go silent, others will ring constantly or randomly when they are on the fritz. A doorbell can ring continuously for a few reasons.
