"We were shown the actual video taken on the inside of our chimney. It was deemed unsafe to use due to cracked and missing mortar, we were offered a couple of solutions as well as cost for them.

"I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward."

"

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. Very pleased and thankful for Dennis Hearth & Home. Great job!"

"I called late Saturday afternoon regarding a problem with my air conditioner. They came out within a couple of hours and determined what the problem was. Because it was not necessary to fix the problem immediately, we arranged for the service person to come back early Sunday morning. He arrived at exactly the time agreed upon. They gave me three options to remedy the problem. Made the repairs that I requested. They were very courteous and professional during both visits."

"Left a message in the evening and received a call before their opening time the next morning. They were super helpful and had someone out that morning to get the furnace going again. The repairman was quick and friendly."

"Efficient and very timely. I noticed water on the floor by the furnace and detected a leak. I called Garmon and they were out with a couple hours. Problem fixed in 1 hr. Highly recommend."
