They promptly came out the day after I called and sprayed two nests that were swarming outside. Within 24 hours no more swarming and a large decrease in number inside the home. Still had them 3-4 days later and they came out again at no charge and found another nest which again they sprayed, although since we live quite a distance from them I insisted on at least paying for gas since we live in the boonies. Still had a few in the house everyday after a week so called again and again they came out no charge. I also had them spray for spiders and crickets outside the house at a very reasonable $70 an application (they said should last til spring we'll see) We live on a lake and spider webs are a way of life there. Haven't had to clean off much on the outside at all lately and can't remember the last time crickets kept us up. So worth it!
I called two other local businesses before I looked on Angie's list and price quotes for both services both places were 2x's the fee and they both refused any kind of guarantee.
Pest Patrol has very professional friendly service agents, knowledgeable, prompt and this company stands behind their work. Sad to say don't see that much these days.
The only negative I found is they don't always answer the phone (personal quirk, I hate to leave messages) but I must say they DO call back promptly... so not much of a negative.
