"The entire staff was friendly, curteous and professional from start to finish. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and answered any and all of my questions. Although our carpet wasn't able to be stretched (apparently it was installed incorrectly) they did a very thorough job cleaning them and at a reasonable rate. "Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again. I am very pleased with his worked. Thank you very much for recommending him to me."
