He seemed knowlegeable and was personable. My only quibble is that we identified a few other projects (some small, some medium) that we could use his help for, he warned me that his schedule was very busy, just hope he can work us in soon. I certainly see why he is in demand."

They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"
