He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. I told him what my old unit was doing and he said it definitely needs a replacement after 17 years. He then asked how the home is heated. And then gave me the 2 options for my home. He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning.
