"I last used them back in February of this year. They came out on an emergency basis first. Water was coming in through the gutter and they said they will take care of it. The next work day for them was a couple days off. So they came and they cleared and took off the gutter. They put sealing around the edge of the roof and flashing around the chimney and placed a drip cover over it to prevent water from coming into the house again. The first time they came on the emergency call I paid them $250 I spent $3150 and they did a wonderful job. They responded very quickly to the emergencies that we had and it took them about a day to complete the work and it was one of those days where I thought they were going to freeze to death."

Worker who was sent out to complete the repair was professional and polite, and also pointed out an issue he noticed (with some missing shingles around the chimney) while he was up on the roof.  This was a very small job, and one that I would expect would get passed over repeatedly for bigger jobs, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I would use their services again.  (I have used them before, at a different house, for a new roof, and was pleased with that service as well).
