We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business!

"While the crew did excellent work, the major let down was Dan between the way the job was quoted and the way he builled made sure the estimate came out to the higher end of the quote, also he had a habit of telling his crew to do things without consulting the customer and these were things that added to cost. Also I accidentally overpaid him and are still waiting for the refund."

Why Choose New England Outdoor? At New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos we take pride in knowing that all of our buildings are constructed to last a lifetime. We use only the highest grade materials and the strongest building methods to construct all our products and confidently stand behind our lifetime warranty. At New England Outdoor we strive to differentiate ourselves by offering exceptional service and support to all our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. History In the mid 1960’s Joe Bartolotta Sr. and his son Joe Bartolotta Jr. began designing and manufacturing quality outdoor wood products in the backyard of their home. Items such as picnic tables, gliders, swing sets and doghouses were displayed at outdoor locations, and stored in the sheds they had built for securing the products at night. Soon after, customers began inquiring about purchasing the storage sheds rather than the outdoor furniture. Although this was not the future the Bartolotta family intended, it was the beginning of our storage shed manufacturing business. Current Day New England Outdoor Over 45 years, and tens of thousands of sheds later, New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos is New England’s premier shed builder. Our strong construction and carpentry background has given us the ability to keep up with the constantly changing and advancing building methods and products used in today’s construction. While we have moved forward with these advances and stayed ahead of the competition, our commitment to our valued customers has remained in the foreground. Today, the third generation of the Bartolotta family carries on this tradition of unsurpassed workmanship. Joe Jr. and his two sons Jonathan and Ryan manage the day to day operations for this family owned business, New England Outdoor Sheds and Gazebos.

"Ordering my shed was very easy and everything was explained well. The timeline of delivery and installation was right on schedule with what I was initially told. Day of delivery started early and completion was done in just a couple of hours."

The remodel of our firm over the winter was very successful and it was a pleasure to work with their crew. Their professionalism showed throughout the entirety of the project, from the quality of their work, sensitivity to our timeline, accommodating the needs of our business with as little interruption as possible, cleanliness of their work area, attention to detail, and staying on budget. I highly recommend New Leaf Construction."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

It’s almost always more affordable to buy an existing home, especially if the alternative is building a custom home. With that being said, new construction is worth more than a similarly-sized pre-owned home with equivalent finishes. You’re more likely to see a healthy ROI if you have a home built and then quickly turn around and sell it.

The cost of garage storage systems is, on average, between $615 and $2,635. A garage organizing specialist usually charges between $55 and $75 per hour, so completing this project on your own can save you a significant chunk of change. That said, hiring a professional can save you time, and they can help create a perfect system for your items.

While the primary purpose of a garage may be to create a secure, weatherproof space to park your vehicles, there are other reasons to consider building one. A garage can increase your home’s value, for one thing.

Having a garage also gives you a bit of extra storage and possibly living space. You can build a two-story garage and use the upper area as a rec room or lounge space. If you finish the second floor of the garage, you may even be able to rent it out.

Wood, steel, fiberglass, and aluminum are among the top building materials for a garage. Wood is highly customizable, naturally insulative, and durable in mild climates but can be expensive. Steel is lightweight, low-maintenance, and cost-effective, but it’s susceptible to rust. Fiberglass is low-maintenance and doesn’t shrink or expand in changing temperatures, but it can become brittle and crack from prolonged high winds and sun exposure.

Unlike steel, aluminum isn’t susceptible to rust and is low-maintenance, but its ultra-light weight makes it less durable than some materials, and it’s susceptible to saltwater damage, making it a poor choice for coastal homes.

Yes, you can finance new construction using a construction loan or a construction-to-permanent loan, or you can use a home equity line of credit or a cash-out refinance if you’re building a second home. Some mortgagors may have restrictions on DIY house builds, so be sure to check that you can get financing before starting your project.
