These guys are the hardest working people I have ever seen. They built a 14' x 14' shed on a day that was over 90 degree's, they never slowed down working until they were done. The quality of the shed is very high, I know the shed will be here longer than I will.

Came on time and got the shed installed in about 2 hours.  Started with blocks and shims and then put the floor down.  Sides and roof went up quickly.
I will check after 6 months to make sure the shed is still level and has not settled.

We are THRILLED with our shed! Post worked with us to design the shed EXACTLY as we wanted, plus they kept in touch with us regarding the delivery date, which had to be delayed due to the prolonged winter and our need to prepare the site AFTER the snow had melted. Delivery was within the two-hour time frame they scheduled on the build date.
A crew of three arrived to complete the building of the shed on site. They answered all our questions and double checked with us regarding the placement of the shed on the prepared site. Only one issue arose during the on-site construction, although we resolved it nicely. When I went into design the shed, I had specified that I did not want any white trim on the shed, so I paid extra for brown windows and verified that all window, corner, and door edgings/trims would be cedar--not white vinyl. However, I did not think to ask about drip edging that goes along the roof. So, the shed was delivered with white drip edging. Fortunately, one of the carpenters explained to me that this would be highly visible, so he recommended that I go buy brown drip edging at Home Depot.  I agreed this was necessary and left immediately to purchase the brown edging so it could be installed instead of the white. It was worth the effort!  The lesson here is that if you are designing a shed, be sure to ask about the color of the drip edging.
Overall, this was an excellent experience. The sales person was patient and professional with all my questions; she answered many questions by email. The carpenters who constructed the shed were polite and eager to ensure the shed was built as we wanted it. They also cleaned the site at the completion of the job. I would definitely hire them again!

Assembly and cleanup went smoothly in short period of time. Answered all questions we had.  Very pleased with the organization.

I got a quote from him, and they came and built the shed in a day and left. They built 2 sheds, and the last one was built about 3 years ago. They were very good, and they finished the job in a day. 2 or 3 people came, and they worked like bees on the thing, and they were gone. I think it only took them half a day to do it. They didn't even rest or anything. The overall experience was very good. I would have preferred the cost to be less, but they are all about the same price.

From initial contact till the completion of installation everything was a smooth process. Called them up to set up an appointment for a quote. The sales rep was on time and great with explaining all the details. He was honest with recommendations on things required and not required. Once I put in the order, the delivery and installation was completed within 2 weeks. They even considered my request for an early installation.
The installation was completed within 2 hours. The shed looks great and we love it. We also made use of a spring special 15% discount which was great.

They arrived on time, quickly assembled the shed and 5 hours later they were done/

I ordered a shed for Post Woodworking. They called and confirmed the order and extras I asked for approximately 3-4 times. I was not home the day they installed the shed. When they "finished" they called for a credit card number for the balance due, assuming they were in fact finished I gave them the number. When I returned home I found a not on the receipt that they would be back to finish later because they were missing 2 pieces. I later noticed that the window was smaller than the one I ordered, and the ramp wasn't as large as it was supposed to be. I contacted them several times to fix the issues. They agreed to fix the window, but said the ramp was smaller due to how they buy the wood. The ramp was supposed to be 5x4 and was 4 1/2 x 3 3/4. I was promised it would be fixed by June 1st at the latest. It has not been fixed yet and that was the last I heard from them.

I contacted them again to have them issue a refund and remove the shed. After that they contacted me and apologized for the issue and wanted to make it right. I told them all I wanted was what I ordered, the correct window and ramp. They said they would be out the following Tuesday to fix it. They showed up Tuesday and replaced the window. When my wife inquired about the ramp, they said they weren't doing that. I later noticed some cracks In the siding where the nails were. Doesn't seem quality or customer satisfaction is high on their list of priorities. I suggest if you decide to go with them don't pay them until you thoroughly inspect the shed.

Great work. Mike Post came and gave me an estimate. Purchase made on sale and during the Massachusetts Tax Holiday Weekend. Workers showed up two weeks later, and in just a few hours, I had a wonderful Shed.

The process went extremely well from the start to finish. I had hired quite a few contractors in the past and by far Post Woodworking is one of the few excellent companies that I had encountered. This company must be a well-run outfit. I didn't know anything about this company when I picked it from Angie's list but I am glad that I went with them.
The process with Post Woodworking was easy from the get-go. Their office handled the steps of answering questions over the phone, reviewing email pictures of the damages, quoting a price and scheduling the work promptly and professionally. This repair was a small $ project for them and quite often other contractors would give cold-shoulders to small projects. However, that wasn't the case at all with this company. As a matter of fact, a few days prior to the appointment, an office person called me to confirm the appointment and also told me the exact time when they would be showing up so that I didn't have to wait all day at home. I also received a proper receipt in the email after the job was done.
Two persons arrived that morning on time. They worked efficiently, didn't waste any time. From the way they worked together, you could tell that they really know how to put sheds together. The two of them were quite a team. They also did a careful job cleaning up the site afterward. This company is quite impressive!

I was told the builders would be there between 6:30 and 7:30. They were waiting at 6:10 so I told them to get moving! They were professional and fast and handled the slope in the hard easily. Love the shed. Only caveat, ask for extra keys. Tried to get extras made at a hardware store and locksmith and they don't have the blanks for it. Overall a very good experience.

There are 2 major shed manufacturing companies in NH: Post Woodworking, Inc. and Reeds Ferry Sheds. We visited both display sites and found a model we really liked at Reeds Ferry. Wisely, however, we decided to give both companies an opportunity to send a representative and give us a quote. We were more impressed by what the PWI rep had to say/suggest AND his quote (for creating the same structure) was substantially less than his competitor's. In addition he had no problem with letting us (the buyer) do the kinds of things that would help bring the cost down (like clapboarding and painting the exterior). The shed took less than a day to erect. Only one problem arose and it was due to our own miscalculation: We had underestimated the size of the crescent window that we would need in the shed's dormer. After living with what we had ordered for a couple days, my wife and I decided we wanted it replaced. PWI concurred with our assessment that a larger window would look better and agreed to do the replacement at minimal cost to us, a really classy response. We now have a shed that not only serves a functional purpose but which adds significantly to the value of the property. Dozens of people have stopped by to admire it and ask who built it for us. You can't go wrong with Post Woodworking!!!

Everything went smoothly and the shed was built by the afternoon.

Post Woodworking was prompt and courteous. They also tailored the design of this wooden shed to conform with our need for a shed that was considerably less tall than the one they had in the catalogue. The materials and workmanship were good, not great, but with no overt problems. The appearance of the new shed is very nice. The price was high in relation to some of the pre-formed sheds we looked at.
We would go back to them again for a customized shed that really looks fine.

We loved them! They were very good to work with. We asked the owner to come out to do a site survey to make sure that no extra charges would be incurred once the shed was delivered. He was very friendly, gave us good recommendations, and seemed to really take an interest in doing the job right. I've already referred them to other people!

They were really easy to work with. There website was very user friendly. They built the shed to order. They came and put the shed together and it looks beautiful. It is very high quality. They cleaned up very good after there work. My husband and I are very pleased with them. We would definitely recommend them highly.
