"Everything went great! Zach and Rick installed a new "tank tee" - the old one was very corroded - and there's no more drip. They were both just very professional and prompt. To be honest, CZ came by twice without my even speaking to anyone. Chuck's son Rick stopped by Tuesday afternoon to check things out and then he and Zach came by Wednesday morning (Zach texted me about 15 minutes beforehand but I didn't hear the text) to do the job. Zach estimated about an hour but it took about half that. So different than typical experiences with tradespeople when you call them and they don't call back! And their rate was very reasonable - $79/hour plus $115 for parts. I'd gotten quotes from a couple of other plumbers that were just ridiculous! CZ did charge for $32 for gas but I was glad to pay it in light of the other rates I was quoted. They were also referred by my next-door neighbor, who'd used them more than once. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
