We needed to install a heating system that would provide us even heat throughout our house. We contacted Lakes Region HVAC LLC to discuss options. Sam Darche’ the owner met with us and gave us his opinion. . We discussed and decided together on a a ducted heat pump system. Sam was professional, prompt, polite, and helpful. He left to give us an estimate. Sam’s price was unbelievable! We thought that he must have forgotten something! No , he hadn’t! We hired him for the job . He was tireless to meet our needs. He went the extra mile to install our whole system in little over a week while we away. We felt confident in his ability. Our home is now warm and toasty. His price did NOT change from his estimate that he gave us. He completed the project completely and expertly . He followed through with everything that he promised. Mr Darche was more than reasonable and completed the work on schedule. I wish we found him sooner so that he could have installed our other heat pumps as well. We have had no issues with our system it works great and looks clean, but we feel more comfortable, knowing that he guarantees and stands behind all of his work. During the installation, he was very considerate of our home and kept his workspace, neat and tidy which we greatly appreciated.. He truly does go the extra mile to take care of his customers and our homes. I will not be using anyone besides Lakes Region HVAC in the future..

Sam tackled a very complicated project for us, hitting many brick walls along the way. He never gave up trying to fix our heat pumps that were cooling but not heating. Finally getting to the bottom of it in a timely manner. I should note that we had another company send a tech out to our home on a few occasions and the problem was never resolved. I will continue to have Sam service our heat pumps annually. A true professional!

Great guy and does great work

Sam was great to work with. He installed two heat pumps for us. He called us right away after our request went in and came out on a weekend to do the initial assessment . He was prompt in getting back to us with a quote and was able to do the install within a couple of weeks from the initial call. He communicated well and showed up when he said he was going to. From start to finish it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Sam did a great job. Installation of our mini split was very professional, and he seems to be a very capable technician, and a nice young man. Would definitely call him again.

Lake regions HVAC did an excellent job installing 5 different heads and two condensers, which work great months later. Took him about 6 days and was super communicative, friendly and professional. Very cost effective for prices in the area as well.
