We hired B and B Contractors out of Winter Harbor, Maine and are extremely pleased not only with the diligent and expertise workmanship of Brandon Blanchette and his crew and also how polite and comfortable they were in doing and completing this job while we were nearly 2,000 miles away as our travel plans had required. We felt totally safe in leaving our house key and this big job in B and B s great care and possession. This job included 3 rooms and a hallway and several closets. We elected to have it completely sanded to eliminate stains and slight waves in the oak hardwood flooring, then 2 coats of stain were applied and 3 coats of polyurethane followed by buffing once dried. The photographs that Brandon sent us clearly indicated that we now have a beautiful floor. And B and B was superb in making sure the house was cleaned up well after such a messy job.
