"Storefront is nice. People are knowledgeable/helpful. Installation was terrible. Header should be been replaced per a carpenter - something I I hired professionals to assess and was told they would ensure all installation parameters were considered. Even had the carpenter on standby to make needed repairs and the techs were aware. Door itself appears slightly irregular - one panel is not straight, making it look cheap and crooked. Could not open my side door more than 30% after first installation with admitted errors. Still can not open it all the way with reinstallation/ the best they can do. I paid for pro installation but got amateurs. We were also charged for a second door opener which we did not receive, and three calls/emails, we still do not have it ten months later. Waited to post this review to let my irritation subside, but the more I think about it, the madder I get. i wholly regret hiring International Door to do this job. "
