"Mike and his team are extremely responsive and professional. From the first contact to final installation for a large, complex septic system, it only took 2 weeks including all the permit and inspection. We are really grateful for finding Septic Advisor through Angie's list and hired him for our project. We cannot be happier! Highly recommended! Will definitely hire Mike again for any future needs."

"They were so honest they explained how to fix the minor issue myself and not have to spend the extra money to hire the small job of replacing my septic tank cover. So refreshing to find an honest business!"

"Troy and Cyr septic did a great job. I found Troy to be honest, straight forward and willing to get right in there and get the job done. I was most impressed that Troy was willing to drop everything he was doing when I contacted him on Sunday. He showed up, assessed the situation and created a plan of action and quote. All the prep work was done on Monday, then we had to wait for a pumping service which took a few days. Troy was back that afternoon after the tank was pumped to finish the job. In the end Troy collected exactly what he quoted for the job and my tank was repaired"

"They came out first to find the septic tank and then would have to come back with the pump truck to pump it. After utilizing the camera mechanism to locate the tank, we were advised that pumping wasn't really needed yet. They could easily have led us to believe it needed to be done, but they chose to be honest and save us the added cost. Honesty & integrity, i like that in a service provider!"

Small jobs welcome
"We were very fortunate that they were able to come quickly and replace our nonfunctioning septic pump promptly. They were professional and easy to communicate with. Given the emergency nature of the project, we did not get other bids so we can't say whether the price was reasonable, but they were upfront about the cost and stuck to their original estimate."
