He ran some quick tests, checked out the well, called the installer and then recommended that we contact our water treatment services folks on Monday morning to run some tests to determine how to adjust our filtration system. "Troy was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided thorough explanations of the process, offered in-house financing that made the whole project affordable, conducted a site review as arranged by mutual agreement, and worked with us on scheduling the project of replacing the septic pump and pump housing, as the initial date didn't work due to inclement weather. Troy and his associate arrived today (6/24/2026) and completed the whole project in less than 4 hours (even with a lunch break included!) Our Boxer puppy "supervised" through the picture window, and injected some humor into an otherwise dirty, challenging job.
