I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! They came and did the work which was demolishing two bathrooms and installing new shower stalls, vanities, flooring and toilets. I told him what my old unit was doing and he said it definitely needs a replacement after 17 years. He then asked how the home is heated. And then gave me the 2 options for my home. He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning. He also told me they would get me on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day. That was amazing. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda to schedule me in the following day. Chad showed up the following morning and did an awesome job. He was very polite and knew his job well. I am very satisfied so far with Wanda?s."
