"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Fair price and unbelievable service! I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically! I'll definitely be calling him for some new construction projects we have going."

I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! They had someone out the next day to review options. They were very knowledgeable, providing clear explanations about the types, costs and process that would go into an install, and allowing me to fine tune the design with their tools. My wife and I were able to confirm about the costs and though we could afford it up front, we opted to use the finance option to spread the cost over the next year, since there's no monthly minimums as long as it is paid by the end date. When the project was scheduled, a storm actually occurred that day, but the team was very clear about coming back the next available day, and kept in constant communication. They called the next morning, confirmed it would still work for my schedule, and were there on time and with everything ready to go. The construction went very smoothly, and they made sure to clean up the workspace fully when they were done. The door looks and feels great in the home, without any of the issues the old one had with not sealing properly or latching correctly, and their work on the doorframe is excellent."

"I am so impressed. We had a drain that needed work and I called Zoom (via sister company Pine State Services) after our usual plumber was going to be a week or so before they could come out. Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Every time he had to go out to his truck and back for supplies, he took his boots on and off at our front door, ensuring that he didn't track anything into the house.
