The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!"

The contractor rescheduled his team to come back when the new molding arrived. I mention this both to point out that the delay was *not* the fault of my contractor, but also, that he was able to fit us in asap for a quick half day install of the last few pieces of cabinetry. Every member of the team: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, siding installer, were on time every single day! I have personally recommended this company, and the kitchen designer, Linda Leone from Cyr Lumber, many times."
