Cabinets Of Nh LLC

I called Cabinets of NH to get a quote on redoing the cabinets in my Kitchen. I was looking to use Armstrong cabinets, but they no longer sold directly to the public so they gave me a list of providers. In the beginning he was very responsive to emails with questions and ideas. Things seemed to be going well. My wife setup a in-house look with them so they could take measurements to be able to supply a more accurate quote. The appointment was for Saturday, 9am at my house. When 9am came and went, we just assumed he was running a little late. At 9:30am my wife called to see where he was. He said he had the meeting scheduled for 10am, but because he wasn't busy that he'd head up to our house now. Distance couldn't be more then 15 miles. Once 10:40am hit, now 40 minutes late to what they thought the appointment was we lost all faith in this company. If they call and say they're going to be late, can't make it, something happened and they're in route...fine. Things happen. This was a no call, no show. My wife called him and and asked where he was. He said he was sorry and that he's almost there, maybe 10-15 minutes out. She told him to just turn around. He rebutted with the fact that he knew he was late and that it would be taken into account when the quote came out. Personally I hear horror stories all the time about contractors and how things go. If someone cannot be on-time for the first meeting, I can't trust them to be there when more important things happen.
