"Garrett and his team removed a load bearing wall for us to create a larger living room. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!"

"We put off doing this project for a long time because it was a major renovation and we were worried about making the right decisions.  We were fortunate to find Todd because his combination of experience and professionalism was exactly what we were hoping for.  Todd was great to work with!  He had good ideas, helped guide us to make kitchen design choices, and asked for our input on every aspect of the project. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!
The following is a list of everything that was included in the labor estimate:
Prep areas with plastic walls to contain dust as best as possible, move appliances, remove existing cabinets and countertops, take down existing drywall to the studs and down to strapping on ceiling , remove existing floor tiles , install new patio door and window, insulate walls, hang drywall, tape and mud or plaster walls and ceiling, create new openings in wall between kitchen and front room and wall at foot of stairs, prime ceiling and walls, install new cabinets, install new window and door trim,
install new tile floor, install tile backsplash, remove all debris, be on site when inspector comes to sign off on different phases of job.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"He has done a number of jobs, a suspended ceiling in our basement. Did a bathroom extension done well and the 3rd job, and created a walkout in our basement to create access to the garage the concrete had re-bar and it was a monstrous job done well. Lastly another huge job of excavation and drainage so our basement wouldn't flood . He is a man of man many talents also does beautiful finish work. Goes above and beyond!"

"We selected Adam Bunnell of Axis Builders to build our new house because of the excellent job he did on our remodel. On the remodel, he helped with the design, did the demolition, installed the cabinets, built the shower, installed the tub, tiled floors in the kitchen, and the floors and shower in the bath.
The new house only has a foundation at present, but framing will start soon. He has been involved in adjusting the design to improve it."

"The service worked out great. We have a new kitchen. The design was great and he recommended a contractor that we did use. So, it was great. There were no additional costs on top of the $49 Big Deal for the design. We were just told that we would buy the cabinets from them and we did. We contacted Ron on 1/17 and definitely within the January time frame, he was at our home. He was very prompt. We started the process in January and we were complete with everything in May. We liked his immediate attention and recommendation. He was always open to revisions and we did a ton of revisions to his design before we decided which one we liked best. Seriously, it was a great experience. The price was average and the quality was very good."
