"Brian (owner of tree service) came exactly on time and took a look and could do it right then. He listened and cleared the tree limbs and ground it in his grinder and even swept the ground afterwards. What a guy. He was patient despite the heat and the dust and his hauling the heavy branches to his grinder. I'm grateful to have found him again, as he had done excellent work for me before. "They were skillful and very professional, and certainly know their business. The crew was very careful about our buildings and power lines and solved some extremely worrisome tree problems for us. Their cost was a little high, but I guess that's what you have to pay for good technology and safe, skillful, energetic work!"

Cutting down a tree next to power lines is never a DIY job, and it’s a good idea to contact your utility company first. Stump grinding consists of removing the visible part of the stump, but the roots remain intact. Depending on the tree and root system, the roots may still grow after stump grinding. If you are concerned about root growth and damage, you may want to consider having a stump removed completely.
