I received a quote via email shortly after, which I accepted, then a phone call to schedule. The morning of the job, they called to make sure we were still on, since Mike was going to be travelling an hour to get here. I confirmed. He was on time, with everything he needed. Mike was kind, professional, and polite. There was one more follow-up text to see if I was pleased with the job, and to ask for a rating, which I was happy to do.
