"Beware potential customers! My experience with Afloorable was a complete nightmare. Despite them presenting as professionals, the end result was a disaster. I had my shower floor done by them, only to find a large puddle accumulating by the drain - an obvious indication of an incorrect pitch. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he promised to rectify the error, urging me to remove the old floor. But, he left me hanging for weeks with a torn-up floor and no follow-up. To add insult to injury, they managed to damage the cable to my heated floors during the tile installation. From their actions, it seems evident that they lack the expertise and finesse required for tiling, possibly being more accustomed to simpler click flooring installations. Even the simple courtesy of cleaning up after a job was overlooked. I provided a dumpster on-site, yet they chose to litter my driveway with their waste. It's heartbreaking to invest $6000 in labor, expecting quality, only to be left with such a subpar result.
