If I could give this company an A+++, I would! The two men from Five Step Carpet arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and professional. They cleaned everything extremely well, better than any other company I’ve ever tried before and I will certainly be calling them again for additional services.

I think this company is great! I have used them several times and I am always impressed by the way they take their time and do a thorough job. The next time they come I am going to have them clean my sofa and loveseat as well as the carpets.

Our house was up for sale. The antique rugs looked old and dirty. Garrett and Russell came and picked them up, took them into their facility and cleaned. They came back looking new. I could not of asked for better service are nicer people to work with. We’re now on a new home and have them coming out next week to Clean carpet in new home.

These guys are GREAT! Showed up exactly on time (which is a rarity anymore it seems), did the work in a fast efficient manner and left the house in great condition. They needed to make 3 trips to handle my kitchen floors and only charged a nominal travel fee to complete the job. I'm really happy with the end result and will definitely hire them again.

Crew was on time, professionally dressed, and answered all my questions. Very happy with the end result. One caveat. the cleaners said the carpets should be dry within a few hours so we left the house to let them dry. When we came back a few hours later the carpets were still damp. Not a problem but something to be prepared for.

I thought the rugs were a bit too wet, wondered if they had picked up excess water. However, was dry by next morning. Might use them again, but might think about it.

It went very well. Workers called to let me they would be a few minutes late and to get more specific directions. I suggest that they ask the customer where they can get water needed. The carpet was more wet than I expected but it was dry by the next morning.

I was amazed how beautiful the floors came out! We were pretty sure they would nred to be refinshed, but after the clean and polish all of the beautiful wood grain and character were revealed.
