"After several emails - the last one said they would perform the job on 12/18 between 2-4- they did not arrive or call but then arrived unannounced on 12/19.  Gutters were not as full as I expected but wanted to make sure they were cleaned before the snow fell.  They were done quickly.  While I answered the question about whether I would use them in the future, it would depend on the nature of the issue.
