"This was a specialized job, requiring roofing on a porch, gutters and water damage repair to the portico. This was a portico roof that had sustained underlying water damage. Alex was prompt, efficient and the workers were fastidious and neat. He went beyond the basic issues to ensure that we were totally happy. I forgot that we are accustomed to contractors "jacking up prices because of our neighborhood ($800,00-million +. His pricing was great and we had three other contractors come for the same project. In fact one wanted to charge us twice what we paid Alex."
