"Peat now did not exterminate the yellow jackets at our home although they assured us that there will be no need for a second treatment. The second treatment is free of charge without 90 days. They are simply impossible to get a hold out. They claim they are having a software update which is lasting already a few weeks. However, they have also no returned my phone call or the electric form that we filled out that yellow jackets are still at our house. How Unprofessional. "

"Raven Pest responded immediately. The technician was extremely personable and described the process that he was going to employ address Yellow Jacket Bees getting into our house. I was completely sold that the Raven tech was competent and was going to go the extra mile. The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."
