"All Star was excellent: they were able to schedule us an appointment the same day and were extremely prompt and professional as well as reasonably priced. Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away). "This didn’t turn out as good as I was expecting. Basically when you purchase the contract you have to be your own foreman and superintendent and quality control. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."

"The work was excellent. I like the final outcome. You need to find out if he's overextended or how many jobs he's involved in at the time. We started the project in May and it should have taken six to eight weeks and we just finished it at the end of September. There were some glitches along the way that were probably out of his control, but a lot of it was more that he was overextended. The quality was good. I would maybe use them in the future. The work was good, but we would really have to negotiate what was going on and the time window and stuff like that. We wouldn't do this again. I would consider it."
